Fabulous generous balcony with breathtaking views of the sea, town and mountains. Modern clean kitchen and bathroom with generous bedrooms and living room and fully air conditioned. Kitchen had everything you needed. Only a few minutes walk to the communal pool with great bar and foodie places. supermarket and new upmarket rooftop bar. Also a couple of minutes walk to the bus stop (only a euro into town). We also walked (took around 30mins) . We have booked to return to this apartment next year!

We stayed in Dan's Nerja apartment for 2 weeks. The location of the apartment is brilliant. 5 mins walk to the large communal pool which is busy but we always managed to get a spot. Good lifeguards. There's a bus into nerja town (€1) running regularly. Local beaches are lovely though more shingle/pebble than sand. Easy to get the bus to the beach or drive. Good parking right outside the apartment.
The apartment is spotless. Everything that you need is here. Aircon (much needed) is brilliant and in both bedrooms. Also ceiling fans which we used at night. There are 2 terraces, the lower one is very sunny (very good for drying clothes/towels etc). The upper terrace with a dining table and chairs and loungers too. 2 awnings if more shade is needed. And then there's the view! Absolutely beautiful.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here and would not hesitate to recommend it.

We have a little home from home here. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need: the owners have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It’s very clean and modern. You will have all the luxuries of home here.
There is a spacious terrace with comfortable sun beds and a large dining table.
The apartment has spectacular views of Nerja and the ocean. It is based on San Juan Capistrano and it’s very private and peaceful.
Dan the owner is very friendly and is always on hand if you have any questions he has also left so much information in the apartment.
The complex has a beautiful pool only 200 meters away and a few pool bars also a supermarket.
I would definitely recommend this apartment it has everything you need for your holiday away from home. We felt so comfortable and at home here I could have easily stayed. I’m hoping to book again for next year as this was a great find.

Fantastic stay in Nerja! Apartment was very well equipped and in a good location on the complex. Shower was fab and the bed was super comfy. I would definitely stay here again and is very highly recommended. Dan the owner was very accommodating and at the end of an email for any advice needed.

This apartment is fantastic. Stunning views from the balcony. Fully equipped with everything you need, comfy beds, brilliant ceiling fans for those hot days and nights so air con not needed. Dan supplied loads of information prior to arrival. Will definitely be back.
“A Sparkly Gem of a Spanish Holiday Home”

There is such a variety of eye-catching summer holiday accommodation in and around Nerja to choose from ( if you are quick off the mark in January) but this one is definitely a precious find. This was our home for a couple of weeks - and certainly surpassed our high expectations.
This is a great temporary home for couples with no kids with them (us) or for those travelling with family or friends. I say home as it is definitely a home and not 'accommodation', which is often the case. The apartment is traditional but with a modern twist.
All the rooms in the apartment are as the owners present them in the pictures - no Estate Agent shots used here - but the panoramic views of the glistening sea, coastline and sunsets are even better when you use your own HD TV eyes to take them in. This apartment has an unobscured vista.
Street parking is abundant, and the area is ridiculously safe. Ideally you'd have a car here, but the buses to town and back are regular. Or you can get your walking shoes on, at least down hill. Taxis back from town are reliable.
Unlike many areas, this one has no building noises so you can rest assured that you won't be woken by cranes, reversing beeps and hot and bothered construction workers shouting at each other. We hardly even heard voices, or scraping chairs ...
The swimming pool facility is super. Great for serious swimmers (makes a change) as well as those just cooling down, or for kids playing ( no inflatables though !). You do need to pay for sun beds but they're good value .
Dan, the owner, is very attentive and helpful before and during your stay. He has a good sense of humour too! Dan’s wife is clearly a good cook as she has decent cookery books and kitchen equipment that we made good use of (well I did).

My husband and daughters had a lovely holiday in this perfect apartment.
From first booking the owner Dan got in touch and was really helpful. The apartment has the most amazing views, I never tired of sitting on the balcony. The apartment was one of the most well equipped I have ever stayed in, every-time I needed something and thought that wont be there it was - even ice packs, cool boxes and an umbrella to take to the beach. Dan had left contact details incase there were any issues, we had an issue with the internet when we arrived (teenagers thought the world had ended haha) we spoke to the internet man and it was fixed the next morning - what service. The pool is a few minutes walk away and is lovely, there is a great little shop next to the pool and a pool bar and restaurant with pool tables etc There is a bus you can get by the pool, but I would say you definitely need a car. We drove down into Nerja most evening, parked no problem in the big car park near the front, it wasnt expensive usually around 4-5 euros. What a choice of restaurants to choose from. There are lots of beaches and places to explore. This is a lovely well kept apartment, spotless, I would highly recommend.

This is the 3rd year of stopping in this apartment. The owners are fantastic, really accommodating to your needs. The location is perfect for those of you that want a relaxing holiday. You can sit on the terrace and watch the sun come up or go down, the views are quite beautiful.
The location is perfect for a family, not too far a walk to the pool, shops, bars, restaurants.
The bus stop in to Nerja is a 5 minute walk away, so if you are a young family or an ageing family like mine, its fits all purposes.
The apartment is lovely, always clean and always a pleasure to revisit. We have again booked for next year. Fantastic stay.

Great family accommodation very homely with everything you need on the doorstop for days and nights out, and equally days and nights staying in. Really good communication from the owner Dan at all times, which gives good confidence with the booking process. Would definitely book with Dan again - thanks for a great holiday Dan!

Lovely views from the terrace which was a great place for breakfast or a glass of wine. Really well equipped apartment. The air conditioning was especially welcome at night!
Very good communication from Dan and Lesley making sure we had everything we needed and giving good recommendations for eating out.
